  This is a beautiful facility but the owner is a shady guy. Be careful what you sign. If you use them be sure to have plenty of money as this is how you are treated. If your unable to pay they will set up a payment plan with your car, or other valuable as calateral.
  Then they harass you, embarass you and even go to your friends and Minister to enlist their efforts. My brother has made a consistant effort to pay in good faith but because its not the amount the owner wants he refused it. I think folks should be careful and shop around.
